Spotlight 3 of 10: Meet Tonya Bolden-Ball

Empowerment and Growth are two key words that best fit this “2014 Impact Award” Honoree. Proud business owner of Renewed Perspectives, LLC, Tonya has shown advocacy in an entire new light for women of all ages and walks of life. Tonya has served as a Domestic Violence Client Advocate, Alcohol Prevention Program Director, Alternative School Principal & Program Director and Nonprofit Executive Director over the course of 19 years within her professional career. This young woman has earned this honor first with capturing our attention with her heavy active involvement in her church, Progressive Baptist and secondly her member affiliation with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Throughout 2014, she has impacted us to continue to work with the community regardless of how drastic circumstances may be.
